Liked: The staff is very polite and the cleaning is superb. Amazing view from the window.

Good hotel, but quite expensive

Liked: The room is extremaly asectic. Nothing wrong with that, but really simple.
Disliked: The reception is at the top floor. The breakfast was not included in the price and it was way too expensive. The breakfast was OK, but very simple and definitely not worth the cost.There is no extra towel for the floor in the bathroom.This hotel is listed in Booking as Sheraton, but it is actually Hilton's.

Stylish stay at Velje

Liked: The view, decoration, gymn and concept. Very stylish, good music and vibe but too snobbish.
Disliked: Parking is paid, breakfast is as expensive as the bedroom stay and not with much variety, check-in in 11nd floor was not clear, hotel staff are not so helpful nor inviting

Charge me twice. Poor communication...

Disliked: I booked this hotel on behalf of my son. On arrival, they made my son pay for the booking again despite the fact that I had booked on Booking.com.I was told I would receive a refund through Booking.com and nothing has yet to materialise
