Liked: The location was great with access to shopping mall and a really good Turkish bakery Was clean, bathroom spacious, beds comfortable and location really safe. Also as an advice, to park underground is the best solution for your carp. A little bit annoying was access in the hotel after 22 taking into consideration the winter holidays period when everything closes sooner.
Disliked: Bathroom ventilation needs for sure to be fixed, was not so powerful and if more people are showering it creates a big sauna in the bathroom

Liked: central location connected with shops and train station making it convenient in the ishoj by centre.check in was fast and easy on the machine
Disliked: I stayed several weeks visiting family living close by and during this time the room was never properly cleaned. By the end of the stay there was a layer of dust on the shelving above the bed. the toilet had marks where the water was. the only service provided by the hotel was to change the bed sheets and towels only when we put them on the floor. the floor was not cleaned, I dropped something on the floor a week before we left and it was never cleaned up.Before coming I ordered a kettle, ironing board and iron and they never arrived so I had to re-request them. when they showed up the ironing board had burn marks over it, the iron had marks on it from burning but thankfully didn't make any marks on the clothing. when I rested the iron face down water leaked from it so it had to be emptied every time after use to make sure it wouldn't leak if tipped. the kettle was very old style plastic with heating element with calc on it, not very happy as heat and plastic are not a healthy combination.I had family members in the area and wanted for them come over to watch a movie together but not staying overnight this was the main purpose of the family room, but the couch was uncomfortable and hotel refused to give anything other than 1 extra pillow (which was in the room anyway) as they claimed it meant people were staying overnight if extra pillows and blankets were to be provided and there is a charge for it. this is not standard in the hotel industry and the hotel was very expensive considering the level of service provided so this was really unfair. It's a shame this was ruined because of the hotel attitude.soap ran out they didn't fill it, I had to request them to refill it.the hallway carpet was also full of stains and should be fixed to be professional.only one elevator was working the entire stay and the size of the elevator is small so it sometimes was full when stopping meaning delays when going up or down.
