Big price, tiny room

Great location, clean and comfy

Liked: The location is the best for someone who arrive or need to leave by train, as it's close to central station. Very short walk to the metro as well, so great for exploring the city. I actually got my room downgraded due to some issue with the room, but they compensated with free breakfast so it's OK. The room is small but clean and nice design. Bed is comfortable. The staffs are nice and helpful.
Disliked: There's no kettle or glasses / tea or coffee at all in the room, it's not expensive to provide. Also, storing the luggage after checkout is not free, the price is 40 DKK per bag, per 24hrs.

Liked: Location - easy 3 min walk from main station, train to airport every 15 mins, journey time 12 mins.Good breakfast.Small bar & work area in foyer.Left luggage for an extra payment.Great bar around corner (by station).
Disliked: Paying for left luggage.Room was compact.A little expensive.

Sorry, but you still have...

Liked: The location of the hotel in regards of how close it was to the train station.
Disliked: However, the location was on a horrible street where you could hear drunk people fighting and yelling at each other late at night. The staff was rude and unprofessional most of the time. Although our room was already prepaid, on our arrival we were welcomed by a receptionist with a horrible attitude. While she had no clue what was going on with our payment, she made us pay again. During our stay they called us again to pay again for the third time since they said that the payment did not go through and that they had issues with their system. Only then did a different receptionist promise to give us a free breakfast for the rest of the days and to make a little basket with snacks and chocolates for my cousin with which we were celebrating her graduation. Of course, this basket with snacks never showed up in our room (they only know how to make promises but not keep them), and only upon my request did the receptionists give us two candies on the night before our departure. Two nights before our departure, we had a school staying at the hotel, which made not only us but several other customers miserable with our accommodation. Breakfast was extremely poor. We found out that the hotel is renaming it to "Four Points Flex by Sheraton Copenhagen City.".......hmm.... not so sure if it's a wise choice......

Liked: Very good location
Disliked: The bathroom finishes before starting, the shower is pathetic in pressure, will take ages to shower if you don’t freeze. Not sure how Marriott bonvoy took it !

Liked: The room was okey.
Disliked: There was no water boiller, at the evening the Wifi has not connected. And the floor was not vacuumed
