Liked: Good soundproofing, couldn't hear anything from other rooms or the hallway. The room was very warm.

convenient but very basic

Liked: The room is very basic and small, you get a small comforter that barely covers you. It might be okay in the summer, but in the winter, it is cold!!! There is a heater but it takes forever to warm ( I insist on warming and not heating) the room. You get 1 medium and 1 large towel for 2 people. No shampoo, no body gel, no soap, You get a 3 in 1 bottle for all your needs. It is better than sleeping in the airport but for the price, I would expect a little more.
Disliked: need blankets and towels

Rude night shift staff members.

Disliked: Some staff members were quite rude, for instance John who covered the night shift was exceptionally rude, not attentive to their 24 hour bar/front desk (had to call a couple of times to wake him up from the main switch board) and then had the nerve to talk disrespectfully to me like it was my fault I needed assistance. Thereafter the gentleman who arrived in the morning and was training a new starter was extremely polite and respectful and full of energy! A million miles away from John who shouldn’t be there.

A night in Copenaghen

Liked: Position near to the aiport, ideal for who has to stop a night for fly the next day.
Disliked: I booked a double room. At my arrive on their system, it appears a booking only for one person, i showed them that i booked for two person. In the room they left only one pillow and one blanket, when i asked for extra, they didn't provided to fix, they just say that in the room there was a container in which i can take additional pillow and blanket, but in they way in which they were folded i doubt that they were fresh and clean so i didn't use.

The hotel offers excellent cleanliness...

Liked: The hotel is very clean and sound proofed which is good for a goodnight's rest. The front desk staff are very professional, friendly, supportive and provide good information. The gymn was okay. The flixibility for a late check out at noon and availability of a storage room. The hotel is right next to a bus stop which is convenient.
Disliked: The breakfast menu was the same everyday. The duvets are small. There are no facilities such as sauna, indoor swimming pool and no meals for lunch and dinner. The elevator is old/slow.
