Most amazing experience ever!

Liked: We were lucky enough to stumble across the most beautiful camping spot I think we've ever stayed at. We were greeted by the lovely host who immediately upgraded our tent to a better viewing point and it was incredible! The camping area has all the amenities you could possibly want, plus more. It's clean, private, the views are just breathtaking, and the price per night is exceptionally reasonable. We were highly impressed with the size of the tent, comfort of the bed and warmth the heater provided during the night. There's firewood to access, outdoor cooking facilities and little bungalows here and there with swinging rocking chairs. We will be telling all of our friends about this little gem and will definitely come back when our travels bring us this way again. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Amazing stay

Liked: Very nice facilities, clean, great bbq area with everything you need, quiet area, easy communication, in winter definitely book with the AC since it can get cold at nights.
Disliked: Everything was great. The best are the farm animals across the camping and of course the dog

The whole stay was excellent!...

Liked: The office is accessible for everyone. We were able to get the stuff that we need. Free smores. There is hot and cold water ready for clients. Charles is a one call away when you have some request. Zeus the dog is very friendly too. My children were able to play fetch with him. My youngest son and my niece loved visiting the animal farm. Pretty convenient. A very good place to have camping with family and friends.

I should have read the...

Liked: Nothing - I left before dawn, I couldn't wait to get out of there.I should have read the 1 star reviews first - because they matched my experiences.
Disliked: Where do I start? There was no-one in the office to check in - I had to phone Charles, then was told to check-in with WhatsApp. Charles later arrived and told me to go to number 11 tent and was very clear about where it was.I went to No 11 only to find that there was a male in there and all his personal items and underwear were strewn all over! I was mortified that I walked into someone else's personal space. Charles was not concerned and said he forgot that he checked someone in my tent late the night before.I was STUNNED that he has no concern for anyone's privacy or safety. There were 2 toilets and 3 shower units - only ONE shower unit had a working lock on the door - Charles put a 'Sorry' note on one of the faulty doors and kept talking about how he would fix it soon as it was nearing the end of the season (as if my safety and security did not matter right now?). The light switch wasn't working in one shower too.The location is not in Zion - it actually overlooks a small town - the photos are a little misleading. Some tents are just huts in the dirt. No unobstructed view at all for most tents.Charles seemed quite annoyed with me that I had booked an excursion with another operator and not through him and (as a solo female traveler) I felt a little threatened. My tent had rips in it - the external zipper was broken, it had no tag to pull it open or closed (so I had to fiddle about with it and become a contortionist) and the internal zipper was completely broken and did not zip at all.Totally overpriced, unsafe and in a poor state of disrepair. The aircon was not strong enough to cope with the freezing temperatures and I was both scared for my safety and freezing cold all night.I left as soon as I possibly could.
