I would definitely recommend Zion...

Liked: Location- only couple of minutes drive to Zion Park. Comfortable size of the room (including 2 queen size beds), the parking space # assigned just in front of our room. Delicious breakfast.
Disliked: None

Liked: The hotel is very close to the park entrance. The breakfast was at the restaurant next door and it was amazing

Good position close to Zion...

Liked: The hotel is in a good position extremely close to Zion National park entrance. Close to supermarket reachable walking 5 min and gas station. Room was clean and we got our parking spot in front of the entrance door.
Disliked: Hotel does not look so pleasant like in pictures. I didn't like that I had to close all the curtains because from outside was visible into the room. Also, we paid for a breakfast that we could not use because it was offered in an external restaurant and was starting too late. Since this hotel is used by many people going to Zion National park and many sites have to be reached early in the morning it could be good to find a breakfast solution that does not start at 8 AM, because is too late. Or at least would be good to make it clear when booking.

Good location, nothing fancy in...

Liked: Basic rooms but perfect for exploring Zion national park. Located in the middle of Springdale close to many restaurants and the bus stop to the national park (although its only 20mins walk!). Breakfast next door was very good- just get there early!
Disliked: Beds could have been comfier

Disliked: Breakfast is too late. It would be better to provide breakfast start from 6:30 AM instead of 8:00 AM.
