Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The first room we were given smelled like smoke, we told the staff and they gave us a different room right away. The location was beautiful and the facilities were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: It is in a beautiful area. They have fun amenities like mini golf for the family. And the onsite bakery, lounge, and restaurant are very convenient.

Liked: The location was beautiful
Disliked: The elevator did not work, the room was very cramped, no refrigerator, no microwave, the bathroom was very dated and the shower barely worked, the parking was so tight and cramped that everyone in the parking lot probably got a door ding in their paint.

Disliked: The sauna, steam rooms, hot tubs were all closed for maintenance. Your pool was so dirty/disgusting. Why did we pay a resort fee?

Disliked: The hot tub was broken and also the doors with the key card would work 50% of the time
