Beautiful modern hotel

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms were very spacious and modern. The breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Frontdesk staff were very helpful in recommending restaurants and ordering taxis. 30minute walk to the Guggenheim.
Disliked: Nil

Comfortable stay quite near vibrant...

Liked: Extremely comfortable bed and the best pillows I found in our 20 night trip. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Although hotel is quite a way from the old centre of Bilbao it is near a wonderfully vibrant area for pinchos bars and restaurants. All sights such as Guggenheim and funicular walkable.
Disliked: Room much smaller than expected. Breakfast choice limited and not very imaginative. We were not warned that restaurant not open at weekends.
