Liked: The hotel was simple, but perfect for a short stay. The room was clean and comfortable and provided all for all my necessities. The location is good, close to the railway station and close to the metro.
Disliked: The sound insulation between the rooms is very weak, so you can clearly hear any sounds from guests in the rooms next to yours.

Disappointing

Disliked: I woke up to ants in the bed as well as on the floor (I didn't take or leave any food in the room.

Very good value for money

Liked: The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was more then decent. We have had very good coffee at the breakfast room. The staff is professional and friendly. The location is convenient, 10-15 minutes of easy walk to the downtown of Bilbao.
