Nice room next to Porta...

Liked: Excellent location. Clean and spacious room with view of porta nigra. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Staff is not always present. There was nobody around in the morning before 10am, so it was unclear where I could leave my bags prior to 11am checkout. I left them outside my room and all worked out. A bit more communication around this would be helpful.

Perfect location with a few...

Liked: The location was perfect with a view of the Porta Nigra out of the window. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out.
Disliked: There was no hot water on the second night and limited on the first night and lighting was not great in the room.

Location Location Location!

Liked: Amazing location. Our room directly faced the Porta nigra. Unfortunately the visitors of the porta nigra also saw directly into our room. But there were curtains if it bothers you

Nice, clean hotel in excellent...

Liked: View of Porta Negra from our window! Very convenient to walk to all the old town sites of interest and many restaurants. Large, clean, comfortable room.
Disliked: Gets a bit hot in the summer (we were there in late June). Unable to check in early (although the staff did let us store our suitcases until check-in time).
