Disliked: Room a little small for 3 of us.

Good but expensive.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Good shower. Liked the organic breakfast and loose black tea. The staff were very nice. The young lady who provided the breakfast was very attentive. We arrived late because our train was very delayed but the reception is always attended so we had no trouble checking in.Great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars.
Disliked: It was a lot of money for a 2 star hotel. I assume this is something to do with the Olympics as I note it would have been much cheaper if we’d booked on the day of arrival instead of ahead.

Simple and good value accommodation...

Liked: Great location (close to Gare de Lyon), comfy beds, quiet rooms.
Disliked: Slightly cramped bathroom, a few too many email notifications before our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Zazie is a very quaint little hotel, well located in central Paris. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Being used to larger chain hotels, initially I was a little surprised by how tired the decor was, both in the room and the communal areas. Once we settled in though, we soon began to appreciate the charm. Our room was a bit tatty but it had Parisian charm and felt like the kind of place Hemingway or Burroughs might have stayed.
