Disliked: I didn’t like the smoking smell in the room. Carpet seemed to be not very clean. But the whole impression is good. I recommend it.

Liked: Great location pretty close to the station and the city centre of Bologna, classy vibe, friendly staff and good breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The decoration may seem as old fashioned or outdated for some.The tv was pretty old and with only Italian channels.

Liked: Location close to all historical sites but not feeling safe at night
Disliked: It is a 3 star ! Breakfast room underground with no fresh air flow, no windows. Very rude reception staff. No parking . Public parking close to hotel costs 24 Euros a day. Old carpets, curtains in the room. Shower leaking water. No nets on windows , pigeons trying to enter room while windows open.

Liked: The location is ok: Half-way between the train station and the City center. So neither at the former nor in the latter.
Disliked: The breakfast is poor. Some of the furniture and walls were well past their prime. My room smelled of cigarettes, I changed for the 2nrd night (which was ok, otherwise I would have moved out), but the hotel did not give me a discount for the 1st night (because they considered my moving to another room an upgrade, which I deem a matter of course). I wanted my laundry made, but that service was not available on a weekend.
