Liked: Loved the fact it was al a carte, good coffee good breakfast, good location.
Disliked: The hesitation for me paying with cash!

Exceeded expectations - would stay...

Liked: We thought the staff were amazing - every single person we came across was kind, helpful and genuinely looked happy in their world and what they were doing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we felt so comfortable.
Disliked: minor minor detail but would have loved option for a little more light in the room during the day, even though we are 'lamp' and dimmed lighting people, just would have been handy with unpacking etc.
