Liked: Easy check-in, super friendly and accommodating the front desk staff are amazing. They always make the stays there so comfortable and go above and beyond to help you with any of your needs.

A wonderful place to stay

Liked: I enjoyed the location, the staff, the price. It's a great place to stay. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was nearby everything that I needed. I stayed for two nights and will definitely stay lhere again
Disliked: I really enjoyed staying here. I can't find anything to criticize.

Comfortable stay close to everything...

Liked: Comfortable beds, close to the arena, friendly staff. They upgraded our room to bigger beds on the top floor at no extra cost.
Disliked: They had no parking available and we had to pay $75 dollars for overnight parking in parkade. Water pressure was not great for the shower.

Disappointing

Liked: The location is great. Staff were nice.
Disliked: They have limited parking, only 30 spots for guests. They do give a map of parkades. Some of those parkades do not even offer overnight parking. So we had to move our vehicle 3x for a 1 night stay.

Ok, convenient to the theatre

Liked: Location great! There is no food!As a 75 year old woman I had problems with multiple shared bathroom and a lock that got stuck such that I. Was in the bathroom. Finally after loud knocking and yelling Help a woman came and released me. Another guest was coming and apologized as he thought the banging was kids!I demanded to be moved. With the location across from as sport arena at mid- night I was moved to a room with 5 beds and a PRIVATE bath.
