Would never stay here again

Liked: Very quiet and decently clean
Disliked: There is no bathrooms in the bedroom which was not made clear when booking. The beds are also very very hard not good for the back and the rooms are extremely hot and very hard to cool down.

Experience the peaceful of Banff...

Liked: Cleanness. Location is excellent. A short walk either to trails or to downtown. Quiet and peaceful place.
Disliked: It was too hot for the room. The heater was unable to adjust and the room temperature was really hot even we turned the fan on.

Great location, friendly staff, uncomfortable...

Liked: The location was amazing. Probably the best part of this accommodation. Close to the river trail and downtownm
Disliked: The heat in the whole facility and especially the rooms was a bit much. I was told by the front desk that the whole building was on a central heat. My room had a radiator right near the bed that just pumped heat the whole time and never turned off. Even with the window wide open the whole time it was still uncomfortable. (And this was November)

Only go here if you...

Liked: The only thing we liked about the property was its location. Nothing else.
Disliked: Room was just basic , the switches are outside the room , the fan and lights are connected together so if you don’t need lights then fan also turned off . Washroom is sharing one .They won’t keep at least 1 bottle of water at room and there is no water dispenser available to get drinking water . Car parking is only limited available, I parked at nearby street.

Disliked: The kitchen room will be open at 6 am. If you are leaving to catch the bus to Moraine Lake in the morning, the kitchen room will not be available.

Liked: Comfortable bed, clean facilities and onsite laundry and kitchen.
Disliked: No communal salt/pepper/oil in the kitchen otherwise no complaints!
