We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

Liked: Location.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.

Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

Liked: I did not like anything in this room
Disliked: I did not like anything in this room.I rented a penthouse and the rooms were way small to get in the shower.I had water puddles inside of the shower as I showered The inconvenience of the timing trying to connect with the staff. I was trying to get information for customer service. They still have not gave me that information to report this. I have videos and receipts of how the room was left and before as well.And it was not to satisfaction to be playing the amount that I have paid.That is something I am not satisfied with As well as the rooms being too small, the elevators did not work. We had to wait over 24 hours to and walk down 17 flights of stairs and my mother is handicapped so she had to take that with her bags as well.Hell, no.
