We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

Liked: Location.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.

Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

Nice location, horrible elevators

Liked: The location to restaurants, shopping, and the cruise port.
Disliked: Absolutely horrible experience trying to get down the elevator in the morning. Waited over 15 minutes and had to walk down eight flights of stairs with three bags. The rooms are OK, not the cleanest hotel. The bathrooms are absolutely tiny. Breakfast buffet is $30 per person. We ordered off the regular menu and food came out cold still cost us almost $40 for one meal.
