We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.

Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

Liked: Location was very good and staff helpful. Clean.
Disliked: Bathroom was very small. The room was quite tired with stains in the bedside table and chips on the tables.

Liked: The best thing about the hotel is great location. Staff is helpful. The other things may be acceptable but they are not because of the price they charged.
Disliked: Elevators - always a problem to catch one, especially at peak times, rooms are nothing special, breakfast is not worth the price.
