We had to take the stairs up and down many flights during our stay. The elevator was way too small and very slow. Lobby too congested and loud due to being so small.

The nicest person in the hotel was the man vacuuming the floors on our floor. He rushed to fill up my ice bucket.
Liked: The hot water; bottled water and the guy vacuuming the hallways on our floor.
Disliked: The breakfast; tiny bathrooms; doors in the rooms wouldn't stay open.

Disappointed and would never stay...

Disliked: Where do I start… besides an ideal location this hotel has a lot that needs to change. It was definitely not value for money. When I arrived I went to get ice and I went to four different floors and non of the ice machines were working until the last one on 17th floor. My room was near a lift that kept me awake both nights I stayed there due to the noise (something seriously wrong with the lift). My coffee machine wasn’t working so I asked for it to be replaced. Three different coffee machines were provided all of which were broken. After four trips to reception about this I gave up asking for a new one. The room had seen better days. Stains on the side units by the bed and cracks in the bathtub. Curtains off hinges. The iron was broken. The tv was not working and when I asked reception (several times) I was told that the hotel knew about it but didn’t know when it would be fixed. It was off the whole time I stayed there. What was the worst out of this is that my stay was back in January. I have written to the hotel complaining so many times and promised a manager would come back to me and we are now in March and still no response from the manager. I was given $50 refund for a two nights stay (which isn’t cheap) for a totally restless two day stay. Would never stay at this hotel again and would never recommend this hotel to friends. Your hotel needs to have a better complaint handling procedure in place. Very disappointed in your services and your lack of respect for customers says it all.
