Lovely hotel with super service,...

Liked: The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and well appointed, the breakfast was superb with something for every taste. The spa facilities were also great with clean and accomodating facilities. We had a fabulous massage, with a relax in the spa afterwards. You get super little bonus bits in this hotel, like a free mobile dongle and pots of balm delivered to your room. It is located in a great spot to visit all the attractions of Barcelona. Would definitley stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike! If I had to absolutley pick at something I would say that you can't cast to the TV without a third party app and there are only a limited number of channels- but most people aren't in Barcelona to watch TV!

Liked: Hotel was super clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Food was great. Rooftop bar and pool with views of city. Central to shopping. Highly recommend.

Exceptional

Excellent Hotel in Heart of...

Liked: The Hotel is quite simply Amazing. Perfectly situated in the Heart of the City . All amenities were exceptional and spotlessly clean. Staff were outstanding and so helpful. Especially Andrea on reception who helped to make our special Anniversary break so special recommending Restaurants from Casual to high class fine dining all of which were outstanding. The breakfast was also excellent with a very good selection of hot and cold food , fruit , cereal and Cava should you want it .
Disliked: Only thing was had an issue when hired electric bikes from hotel the WiFi doesn’t work in the basement car park which is an issue when trying to register/ scan to use them . Wasn’t the end of the world and once again the staff were so helpful and resolved it very quickly

Liked: Warm water spa was available as well as other spa treatments if desired. Breakfast options were more than satisfactory.
Disliked: The size of the room was a definite detraction from the experience at the hotel. I've stayed at other boutique hotels in Barcelona which offer nicer rooms at comparable rates.

Lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: Location, lovely room and balcony, friendly staff, Breakfast, organic cosmetics. Also the wine and cheese hour is a nice treat. It was a bit too chilly to swim but the pool looked as lovely as our first visit in 2022 when we were visiting in the summer and did go in.

Liked: Room was very good size, clean. We got a tiny surprise every day when we returned - like a gel for cooling our feet or sweets.Food was excellent, locally sourced. Breakfast was exceptional (even had champagne included). You could order hot dishes instead of having them sitting around in luke warm trays and being muddled up by other people. Excellent selection of fruits, cheese, salami, bakery products.Staff was really friendly and always around to help.
