Nice vibes

Liked: The inn is a colonial farmhouse, lovely interiors and our room was perfect for our family of three people. Having the restaurant was definitively a plus, especially when is a great restaurant (octapus and agnolotti were simply among the best I have eaten). We loved the breakfast, especially the in-house yogurt (still dreaming about it). The staff was kind, very helpful, and gave us great tips on what on the area. Very close to Camden, Rockland, and withing one hour driving from the Permaquid lighthouse, the best oyster farms/eatery, and the botanical garden (great for kids and adults).
Disliked: We like everything. Perhaps it would be helpful to have a microwave in the common area to warm up, e.g. milk (we travelled with a toddler). And dark blinders on all windows of the rooms (incl. the bathroom and alcova).

An OK B&B. Not terribly comfortable.

Liked: Friendly, helpful owners and staff. Nicely redecorated. Very clean. Good breakfast. Restaurant food was good and reasonably priced.
Disliked: The first floor is a restaurant/bar. We were in a second floor room and our first night there the crowd below was VERY loud, so much so that we couldnt sleep until the bar closed at 10 PM. The second floor common area (with the only comfortable seating) was too loud to use during that time. Perhaps the third floor rooms would have been quieter. The stairs are very steep. Small room. Tiny TV.
