Disliked: I had a terrible experience at Yotel in Miami. After my stay, I was wrongfully charged $1,000 for alleged damages to an oven I never used. When I requested proof, the hotel refused to provide any photos, maintenance reports, or an invoice justifying the charge.This is a clear case of unfair business practices. Under Florida consumer protection laws, a business cannot impose charges without evidence, yet this hotel attempted to do so. When I disputed the charge, they ignored my request for documentation and still kept my money.I have since filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Office and Better Business Bureau (BBB). I strongly advise future guests to be cautious—this hotel might fraudulently charge you after checkout with no proof or explanation.Avoid this place at all costs! If you’ve also been unfairly charged, make sure to dispute it with your bank and report them to consumer protection agencies.

Amazing Location! Great amenities, stellar...

Liked: The pool area is amazing. The cabana’s are a nice touch. The fun modern decor is awesome as well! We liked the pad style rooms and the washer and dryer IN room was amazing. Breakfast portion sizes are HUGE! Staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is top notch!
Disliked: The beds aren’t very comfortable. Items such as more towels, facial tissues and toilet paper would have been a huge plus. 2 towels for 4 people and No facial tissues. 1 roll toilet paper. It just feels like a bother having to ask staff for basic stuff. Room cleanliness was so/so.

Great location and good value...

Liked: Great location, staff were helpful and it had a kitchen. Price was also good. Great to have the washing machine and dryer.
Disliked: The lounge needed a clean and there was nothing to wash or dry dishes with.

Liked: I love the amenities, the location, the cleanliness
Disliked: It would be nice to have access to the rooms earlier than 3pm. When getting off the cruise you arrive at the hotel around 9am. I’d pay an extra fee for early check in.

Great location to kaseya center

Liked: The location. The room was nice and big, great kitchen. Surprise I didn't know it had a washer & dryer. Walking to shops and Kaseya center.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard. Not sure I liked pulling down the murphy beds
