Liked: Does the job if you have an early flight and certainly cheaper than a cab from central london in the middle of the night

Excellent location, small but perfectly...

Liked: Yotel is in the airport so perfect location for flights from either terminal.
Disliked: Was tricky to climb up into the bed. People with mobility issues would need to specify a room with a low bed.

First time there, thus mixed...

Liked: Easy access to the departure terminals
Disliked: Difficult to find (signage could be improved) and I found the green fire alarm light disrupted my sleep. After a 3-hour struggle ( to sleep) I went to reception and the receptionist came up with an excellent plan.

Had to be experienced but...

Liked: Can't complian about the location, it's right in the airport.
Disliked: Everything looks snazzy and modern/futuristic but it's all very clunky and, actually, very dated. A bit like being in a episode of the original Star Trek or Space 1999, for those of a certain vintage.

Would absolutely recommend

Liked: Great location which was easy to find, extremely clean, wonderful staff. For a solo traveler, very comfortable and peaceful.
Disliked: Wi-Fi signal was intermittent, could have just been my location though.

Small, perfectly formed, great location...

Liked: The room was a perfectly formed small cabin with all the facilities I needed. The shower was warm and well positioned, the bed was comfy and the location is excellent for getting an early flight in the am.
Disliked: There's not a lot to not like, it's just small, meaning it's probably not suitable for all body types. I couldn't work out how to find the EPG on the TV, this is a single room obvs so I can't comment on the size of the bigger rooms. It's massively overpriced, I would value the room at half the price. If you go to the website it's way more expensive as well. The food and drink on offer aren't great either
