Really Cute Room but Most...

Liked: The room was really cute and we loved the beds, color changing lights and additional lighting.
Disliked: The staff was super rude. From the man that stands outside to the man at the front desk last night. It was my birthday and I was really upset at how I was communicated with upon my arrival and duration of my stay. The young lady at the desk was the nicest.

Disappointing

Disliked: "The guests in the room next to mine played loud music and partied throughout the night. It seemed they were unaware of the hotel’s noise policies or the fact that their room was not an appropriate venue for such activities."

Liked: The hotel was very nice, especially the room. Location was great. Downstairs bar staff were exceptional.
Disliked: The self check in’s were working, causing a mass amount of people to check in with the single representative at the desk. He was very kind and apologetic for the delays, and I understood it was just him so it would take quite a bit longer, but it did alter our evening plans (amongst many others) because we weren’t able to check in to both rooms until much past our expected time.
