Liked: Very modern property close to the civic center
Disliked: As mentioned in other reviews the streets are full of homeless people especially during the night and very noisy. This is about the hotel itself but next time I will choose a better location in SF

Liked: The room and hotel were clean, cozy, and modern. Interior decor and vibe was nice. The 24/7 security guard and staff made me feel safer since the hotel is located in a rough part of SF. The hotel stay itself was pleasant but the location affected our overall stay experience in terms of parking convenience and safety.
Disliked: The location is not great and we did not feel very safe walking the nearby streets at night. We walked through a street filled with unhoused people and my partner was told to give up his sweater by one of them, felt like we could have possibly been robbed. Prior to booking we did not know what to expect of the area. Had we known, we would’ve spent a little more money and booked a hotel in a safer part of SF. Parking is not very convenient either as you have to pay $45+ for an over night parking garage thats 5-10mins away walking or risk parking your car on the street at night where break ins are common.

It was good, worth it...

Liked: I loved the look, and feel, the chrome cast was convenient. The amenities were good too.
Disliked: The thin walls. The loud cleaning people talking in the hallway at 12am-late was so distracting.

Very good

Liked: stayed in a suite. sitting lounge was huge and beautiful, bedroom also had a good view.
