Bad Night in Miami

Liked: Room 1000 (supposedly a VIP room) had an exhaust pipe exposed outside of bedroom (see pic) that made so much noise that we had a hard time sleeping before we got on our cruise in the morning. Would not recommend hotel or stay there again. Too expensive to not sleep well for the one night we were there. Also, there was no coffee in room. I messaged your hotel about the noise situation at 3 am so that issue is documented in a text and a picture.

Liked: Everything, lights in room wouldn’t work and ones that did wouldn’t shut off. Incompetent staff when there was any. Has potential but not there yet

Customer service was not good....

Liked: It was close to Port Miami
Disliked: The A/C was broken, the location did not have any fans tones accommodate the heat. We were moved to a lesser room and the A/C was barely any better.

Liked: We stayed at the Yotel Miami before and after a cruise and it was an excellent experience. The facilities including the roof top pool were great, the staff were very helpful and the bed was the comfiest bed we have ever slept in!! The room had everything we could need, including towels for the beach and the breakfast was great. The hotel is in a great position for Bayside, only a five minute walk and there is also a train station across the road. We will definitely be back!!
