Liked: The location is the main plus of the place.
Disliked: The staff seems to lack management and knowledge about simple procedures- oftentimes either had no idea that the hotel offered a specific service or gave different information on the same topic. I was already shocked upon arrival when a deposit of 75$ per night (!) and not stay (as Booking says) was blocked on my card. In case you have any special questions or needs in advance, the hotel will be basically unreachable and only automated responses about the satisfaction with the non-existent answer will be sent out.The corners of the room have not seen a broom in a while and the bed is actually an extended couch, which is squeaky. My absolute highlight were the sensors for the light in the restroom and bathroom, one of which would activate, if I dared to turn to the other side in bed at night. Needless to say that one has to get up to turn them off.

Liked: The hotel is fine and the proximity to Bayfront shoping is conveniente.
Disliked: I stayed at the hotel on the 6/7 november and was asked for a depósit on top of the rate price. Today is the 13 and have not received the refund. Not acceptable.

Disliked: I the staff was not as friendly as I like them to be. They weren’t helpful.
