City central stay

Liked: Excellent helpful staff, clean comfortable room. Easy check in and out. Good facilities and nice toiletries in rooms. Only down side is the noise of running water for assumptively the floor above, the sound of trickling water with every shower or toilet flush was quite disturbing and did keep me awake a while longer and disturbed our sleep - otherwise it’s a clean and well located hotel.

Liked: The only thing that prevented me from giving it a 9 was the lack of a mini fridge in the room. I also didn’t mind the bar on the ground floor but it may be too lively for soon.

Liked: The bar area and food and hot drink stations
Disliked: The pipes you can see on ceiling....all the dust and cobwebs.Not enough room around the bed....felt very clausrophobic

Great location for what you...

Liked: Location was amazing and it was quiet despite it being in a busy city location so helped for a good nights sleep. Good sound proofing.
Disliked: Issues with lights - not clear how to switch off side light. Miss having a kettle in the room. My teen wanted herbal tea and no option for that. Wouldn’t mind if it was to be bought. Like perhaps at Reception or vending machine. Needed a couple of cups hot water so had to go a few times out of the room, all the way round on our floor to get it. Not ideal in PJs. Should have an option to request kettle and buy herbal teas. Not near car park
