Good location staff were polite...

Liked: The location was great so easy to get around london.
Disliked: When we first arrived there was a horrible smell coming from the toilet like sewage. When complained to hotel they said they would get back to us and get us a room swap that never happened. Also the room for the price wasn’t worth it we were on level -1 and the room was a box no window no air con both of us are prone to panic attacks and the heat at night was horrific to the extent we had to wedge the door open and lie with it open.
