Liked: Very comfortable and the staff are very helpful
Disliked: Could have been cleaner - quite dusty around the bed and bedroom furniture

Liked: The helpful staff.The bedroom and en-suite were both clinically clean.Availability of liftsQuiet for city location
Disliked: Room was very small for a 3 night stay, with storage space being very limited.Glazed glass toilet walls and shower didn’t feel very private.Room was very hot and the air conditioning system didn’t seem to cool the room just heat it.

Liked: Very friendly staff, great breakfast and room was surprisingly big for the price (this being London). Also good noise isolation

Liked: Nice staff and love the bacon. Wish they did fried eggs
Disliked: Scrambled eggs . Coffee is bland!
