Incredible staff so so helpful

Liked: We were staying as a band after a show in Glasgow, the two members of staff on reception when we arrived were so incredibly helpful and helped us load our gear into the hotel to keep it safe. Incredibly friendly. Then again this morning the staff on reception were so helpful and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better and easier experience! Thank you!

Disliked: Lighting were on motion sensor; hence it goes off automatically if motion not detected
