Liked: I liked the location of the hotel, also the room itself, even though my room was small, but it was clean and new.

Liked: The only downside is the bed was too soft, not comfortable for 2 people

Disliked: Appalling customer service Polite rehearsed linesBut when I needed help I was treated like a leper Had to wade through a computer answering service designed to stop you talking to a real person who could actually helpWhen I did speak to a human I was hung up on twice On two other occasions I was promised a call back but none occurred and twice I was left on hold till the call rang outHours of my time wasted because YOTEL doesn’t value its customers and their time
