Unfriendly staff and theft

Disliked: We forgot our Airpods in the room when we checked out. When we realised we immediately contacted the hotel. The woman we spoke to was not helping us at all and did not want to listen to us. Because the Airpods are connected to our phone we can see the location and if it is used or not. Till this day the Airpods are used on the property of the hotel and the restaurant next to it. We expect that a staff member of the hotel found them when they clean the room and just kept them to themselves. In our opinion this is unexpectable and can be considered as theft. If you stay in this hotel, please be careful with your stuff.
