Convenient stay in the Valley.

Liked: The view was great and the location of the room felt private. Location of the lodge in Yosemite Valley was excellent, convenient. Staff were friendly, and I appreciated having easy access to food, coffee. The cafe and lounge were in walking distance and felt very updated and cozy.
Disliked: The room needs updating in all aspects, from the decor to the condition of the bathroom. The tub needs to be replaced. Room was dusty, lighting was lacking. The curtain did not completely block out the porch light.

Disliked: Thin walls, can hear conversations next door and with two couples with kids in next room very noisy

Please clean the room

Liked: The room smelled. The bathroom was covered in mold so that I didn’t even want to take a shower. It’s easy to clean mold and can be done in half an hour.
Disliked: The room was smelling, everything in the room was old. There were no usb ports. The device that was supposed to have ubs ports wasn’t working.

I would not have complained...

Liked: It’s in a beautiful location with lots of amenities
Disliked: The room was worn the heater barely worked the back and front doors had drafts. Didn’t change the garbage had to ask for more towels

Exceptional

Liked: Room was clean and the location was good.
Disliked: Should definitely work on hiring smarter receptionists.
