Liked: The staff were ex̌cellent the room was extremely comfortable. Thank you to the receptionist who went out of her way to look after us.We recommend this hotel a great experience and a lovely setting in a courtyard room.

Overall an enjoyable trip away

Liked: We booked to attend the Faulty Towers dinner show & it was good to be staying on site. All the staff came across as friendly & tried their best. Our room was of a good size
Disliked: There was a problem with internet & computer systems meaning that the bar was only accepting exact cash payments, causing inconvenience to guests. In the evening card payments were possible but staff were manually calcilating the charges causing long queues at the bar during the show intervals.Whilst a good size, our room lacked attention to detail & was in need of some updating.One of my reasons for booking was the car parking, disappointed on arrival to the chaotic car park, just luck we managed to park on the main road not to far away.

Liked: Underdone egg. Overdone toast. Asked for bacon but didn't receive it. Partner didn't have hash brown.
Disliked: The flush was very poor,had to flush numerous times
