Liked: Julie was very helpful especially when the shower was leaking water all over the bathroom floor. We were moved to another room which was perfect. The metro station is just across the road which is ideal.
Disliked: Just the fact that the shower leaked water but we were moved to another room.

Liked: We stayed here for 5 days and this was a return visit after many years away. Wonderful and so well located. Metro very convenient and great to walk to Luxemburg Gardens. We will definitely return. Staff are more than helpful and friendly.
