It was a hotel stay....

Liked: Location was super central in Granada. Very walkable to lots of the major sites, restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Room was on the smaller side but as it was only me, it was alright.
Disliked: Bed was hard and lumpy. Tried to soften it with blankets. Sheets came with stains. The bedding was not very comfortable.Pillows were THIN. No toilet paper holder. The flooring was at the end of its life.

Excellent stay, the hotel exceeded...

Liked: Everything! Welcoming and helpful staff. Great spacious room. Perfect location, everything on your door step but quiet. Delicious breakfast.

Great experience in Granada

Liked: Best location to tour the city! Staffs are very friendly and very helpful!
Disliked: No shampoo, conditioner, facility is basic . But the location is excellent, staff is very friendly and helpful!

Liked: Very comfortable room and quiet.
Disliked: The shower was not good. The head would not stay in place making it very difficult to wash and rinse.

Liked: Perfect location, beautiful and clean room, friendly staff

Not recommended, even for free.

Liked: The receptionist was very nice.
Disliked: Some types of hotels should not exist and this is one of them.
