Friendly hostel with really nice...

Liked: A really nice hostel with a lovely vibe. A bit more like an old-school hosteling experience rather than a new and shiney inpersonal place as I find some hostels these days. Staff were super friendly, lots of different ages staying, a good kitchen and social space. Beds were comfy and drinks on offer!
Disliked: I'd say the whole place could do with a deep clean

Awesome venue for a fantastic...

Liked: Nice communal sitting and dining room. Clean, good kitchen. Great games and book cupboard. Amazing breakfasts. Beautiful location. Clever, responsibly staff. Bright room.
Disliked: A bit of a smell of damp in our room and signs of damp in the corridor. Plastic mattresses on the beds made me sweat at night. Showers are dingy. Difficult to find the entrance to the building in the dark. No sign in kitchen to say oven has an on/off switch to flip before you use it.

It was ok and practical.

Liked: Clean sheets and clean kitchen
Disliked: The leak on the pipe in my bedroom - the carpet was soaked so that’s no good. Oh the other hand the sink taps had very little water…Bed was very short.

Liked: The amazing friendly & helpful team are a credit to the organisation.

Lovely rustic.. but quite far...

Liked: views and some friendlier staff ..
Disliked: Squeaky hinges ..esp Dorms and overnight for WC visits .. noisy at 2am …4am just need WD40 regular checks! Very pot holed (final 100 yards) of muddy lane (could easily be filled in with some gravel..) was tough ‘on little cars or esp dark nights returning… lower winding road of two miles ok.
