Disliked: The toilet door in the room was broken. Having three other occupants in the same room makes it super uncomfortable to visit the toilet. Although there were other toilets outside which could be used.

Liked: My room was made up nicely with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and warm. Kitchen facilities excellentEasy walk into town
Disliked: Having to repeatedly go to reception to get my room key unlocked. Something to do with the payment between Booking.com and Haka House. Was annoying especially after running half marathon to then climb stairs to not be able to open my door to go back to reception to have it unlocked. If it happened once I wouldn’t haven’t worried but every time I came back the same thing happened.Being told I needed to pay more when I knew I had paid the account in full showing my bank account record. The staff online at Booking.com were understanding though
