Set in a Georgian mansion YHA Penzance features a traditional restaurant and leafy gardens. Penzance Seafront is a 15-minute walk away and Newlyn Harbor is just 1.5 miles away. Good Old Style YHA.

Liked: Quiet, Clean & Comfortable.
Disliked: Expensive Meals & Drinks.Gone are the days of breakfast under £5 at YHA'sUnderstand they need to cover costs, but would liked to have eaten in and sampled the food but decided to eat out, as cheaper at Wetherspons.

Good value for money

Liked: Staff were friendly. Was able to get cooked food at the hostel. Had both a restaurant and a kitchen.
Disliked: Wasn't the cleanest. Mould on the bathroom door that could've been removed if cleaned properly.

Liked: This is a great place to stay on the outskirts of Penzance for anyone on a budget.A single room is possible for solo travellers.There's a friendly bar serving food and also an excellent kitchen and dining room downstairs for self-catering.All in a lovely old historic house!
