Great Location, But Extremely Dirty

Liked: Location: Fantastic – very central and convenient.
Disliked: Rooms: Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a major issue. The room was extremely dusty and dirty, with bed linens covered in hair. The window was broken and couldn’t be properly closed, which made the air quality quite poor.Bathrooms: The shared bathrooms were also very dirty, with some facilities in disrepair.Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff were knocking on doors, but it was unclear what they were actually doing – even basic tasks like emptying the trash bags weren’t taken care of.I honestly don’t understand how this place has such high ratings. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Superb

Liked: Its location was pretty central and it was easy to get to and from the hostel after a night out. We had a private room for three people which was tidy and bigger than we expected at first. Good value for our money and very friendly staff!
Disliked: The shared bathroom toilet was difficult to flush and could have been tidier, but this didn't really affect the quality of our stay.

Very good

Disliked: The hostel is good. Only problem is that you don't know what you are booking. You book "a bed in a shared room". It could be a 5 beds dormitory, a 10 beds dormitory, or a 20 bed dormitory, what are very different, and you only find out when they give you the room. What means that they can give you whatever they want for the same price.
