Liked: Very convenient location, 5 minutes to the metro, 20 minutes to the city center on foot. The staff is friendly and helps with questions. The reception desk is open all night. I had amenities in the room, but there are also on the floor.
Disliked: there was no visible place to store luggage in the room, only a small drawer for, for example, documents. there is a storage room, but I didn't find it very convenient

Liked: Walking distance of 3 tube stations, and a 2 minute walk from Oxford Street! Nice wee bakery (Gail’s) round the corner as well
Disliked: One of the reception staff could’ve been a bit more pleasant, both times I encountered them felt likeI was interrupting him rather than being helped
