Liked: Beautiful building. Staff were very good and accommodating especially at breakfast in the morning they were lovely people giving the kids (and me) pastry’s to take with them.
Disliked: One of the guests checking in in front of us was being demanding and rude to the staff member. Complaining of the long day they’d had etc etc. we ourselves had a long day with our 3 kids but no reason to be like this with people.

Liked: The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful.The rooms were spotless.The bunk beds were very comfortable. We had a very good night sleep

Superb place to get away...

Liked: Wonderful old gothic mansion. Set in acres of land . Fantastic use of space inside and has everything you want for a self catered holiday and a fully catered holiday. The choice is yours

Excellent overalll stay

Liked: Room 402 was lovely, food good, staff very helpful, great location.
Disliked: Parking expensive, paid £7 for day 1, £2 for overnigt and another £7 for second day..

Beautiful location, great accomodation

Liked: Everything, the settings, the staff, the fact that you have the option for self catering but also to eat in. The facilities, such as lounge areas, games, laundry. Only an indoor swimming pool was missing. :)
