Liked: Love to stay again the staff are great and they were very helpful to show me the way to Snowdon . I think I might have gotten lost from the start!!
Disliked: Closer to the start of the Snowden trek but really the location was great. Sun rise over the lake was breathtaking

Liked: Great location in the heart of Snowdonia. Definitely necessary to get a car to come here, as it is much more convenient. But great views and value. Got a free upgrade as well thanks to nice staff.

Liked: Perfect location, and the staff were incredibly friendly and informative. The rooms were ok, but the bunk beds were annoyingly squeaky, and some plug sockets were difficult to reach. The key for my room was useless as the door was always unlocked, but it wasn't much of an issue. Besides that, I had a pleasant stay.

Disliked: You charged me double. I still haven’t had a refund. The customer service is terrible. I will never book again for YHA. Or booking .com
