Liked: Staff were very friendly. Great location.
Disliked: The bed/ mattress was very uncomfortable. There was a large pipe in the room that constantly sounded like water was running in it.

Liked: The location was good, neither too far nor too close to amenities. However, buses didn't run frequently, so walking could take up to an hour. Having a car would definitely make getting around easier.I stayed in a room with two bunk beds and an en-suite, which was clean and tidy. The separate bathroom and toilet were a nice touch. While the room wasn't grand, it was a budget-friendly option that served its purpose well.The breakfast price was decent for an all-you-can-eat buffet, offering a variety of options. The food was clean and tasty, and the friendly staff made the experience even better.
Disliked: The room, featuring four bunk beds, lacks an en-suite bathroom, making showering inconvenient as guests must use a shared community bathroom. Additionally, the location is not easily accessible by bus or train, adding to the challenges of staying here.

Liked: Location was excellent. All the facilities were clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were all extremely helpful, especially the house keeping manager whom I noticed made all the guests feel particularly welcome.
Disliked: A very minor point - and I appreciate that all hostels will be run to a budget - but I felt that the vegan dinner that I had could have been slightly improved, by adding a bit of protein into the mix, as it was just pasta and vegetables. The Vegetarian Society has some suggestions here, as well as lots of other good recipes. I don't know if they still do it, but they used to produced a recipe book specifically for caterers.
