Comfy private room, but if...

Liked: Booked a private room and it was so comfy would recommend.
Disliked: Left my hat behind after check out. Went back for it an hour later and just happened to see the housekeeper cleaning my room, she had taken it, was wearing it and had even adjusted it to her size. She tried to tell me she was going to drop it at reception…mmh ok… so awkward.
