Liked: Wonderful hostel with great amenities and lovely staff, we stayed for one night to attend a friend's memorial and couldn't check in till super late due to train delays but a staff member stayed and let us check in 30 minutes after check in time after we explained the situation. Amazing location. Would absolutely stay here again

Liked: Staff were super helpful, bed was comfy and clean and I had an evening meal which was freshly cooked and tasty.

Great place to rest your...

Liked: Wonderful location, on site cafe was lovely. Room was spacious, bedding was clean, warm and comfy.
Disliked: Breakfast cost. Especially for children. Adult cost was reasonable but was the same charge for kids and with a 3 and 5yr old, they didn't eat enough to charge that much. Room was clearly painted recently but furniture was painted around, not moved. Ceiling needs a little TLC. WiFi didn't reach rooms which was disappointing.

Great Port in a Storm

Liked: What a Great Place to Stay. Despite Being all in advancing years we were made to feel very welcome. Were spending a few days of walking the coast path and was probably the friendliest place we stayed and at a more than reasonable Price. Breakfast which we booked in advance was fantastic. Cant recommend enough.

Disliked: The heating was a bit disturbing through the night clinking away but otherwise it was all great
