Disliked: Room 401 having to share toilet/shower facilities when you want to use the rest room at night wasn’t a pleasant experience coming and walking each time

Liked: The location was frustrating, in my opinion, to find. the business could use a better way signal were it was. Such as a bigger, brighter, more obvious sign outside the building. As the front entrance was tucked away on the street veiw and round the back side it wasn't super obvious either.
