Inconsiderate staff and unpleasant smell...

Liked: It was cheaper than the other hotels in Bath and would not book with them again.
Disliked: During our stay at the hostel, we encountered several issues that made the experience less than ideal. The staff was notably inconsiderate given that we are renting the whole room, often appearing unapproachable and unhelpful in addressing guest concerns. Additionally, the hallways had a persistent unpleasant smell, largely due to the bathrooms and showers not being adequately cleaned or maintained. These factors significantly detracted from what could have been a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
