Liked: Clean all over, and community spaces were spacious
Disliked: Beds were not that comfortable and a bit crammed with 6 people in a room with limited space under the beds for luggage.

Comfortable stay in a good...

Liked: We stayed in a private twin room with an ensuite. The room was very clean, including the bathroom which had a nice shower.Check-in process was very smooth, and the option to use the hotel app to activate the door locks was useful as an alternative to the key.Laundry facilities were available, and the kitchen was large with plenty of storage space.Lots of really good restaurants right around the corner (Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean)
Disliked: Limited parking options, costing NZ$15 a day. Cheaper to use the nearby street parking overnight, which is free 6pm-8am.

Liked: Stayed in dorm room. Bed was comfortable, just not easy to get on to the top bunk. The room was very hot at night, need air conditioning or fan to cool room down. No towel provided.

This place will.make you hate...

Disliked: Horrible service the receptionist knew nothing about Auckland or the local culture. Creepy neighbours in the dorm, asocial and overpriced place. The reception did not handle a single request ! I had much better experience in many other hostels in NZ.
