Very enjoyable stay in Barnstaple

Liked: Very friendly owner and staff. Location was great for the purpose of the visit and access to town. Breakfast was excellent. I was able to use the car park which has a few spaces available.
Disliked: Nothing to mention

Liked: Great locationFriendly staff, wonderful guy waited for us to arrive. As we had arrived late as we were travelling from Leeds and had got stuck in traffic.Lovely breakfast.
Disliked: As it was a single room it was on the top floor with no lifts, which was warned by the manager at the hotel. As it was only for one night. It was ok.
