One and done!

Liked: The Inn was gorgeous with beautiful decor, artwork, books, and little special touches.
Disliked: The woman who was staff and prepared breakfast. She was so rude and treated us, and others. unprofessionally and rudely. Her comments were shocking and I recorded them on my phone. She obviously was not prepared to handle the guests for Icebreakers Festival. To tell an elderly man to make do, to correct the way I wanted my eggs and to tell another guest she was not there to answer questions when she was the only one working was absurd. Never again. Other guests shared that they had stayed there in the past and the place has gone to the shitter. I believe so.

Liked: Breakfast was average for me and excellent for my partner. The location was great.
Disliked: You may recall we did not get the room we reserved and were not notified of the change. We were counting on a jacuzzi and fireplace and intentionally paid up to get it. Definitely did not get our moneys worth and our room was way too warm.

Mediocre at best.

Liked: The location is great and the room was basically nice.
Disliked: There was no heat! Overnight temperatures dipped below fifty degrees and there wasn’t any heat or extra blankets to offset the cold. There were no drinking cups or facial tissue. If you’re looking of amenities e.g., lotion, there is none. Lastly, after leaving the room for a day trip, we came back to find our rooms door standing open!

Most likely would not stay...

Liked: Location and room.
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable. Mattress spring on one side of bed poking out.Poor breakfast. No protein offered.
