Convenient

Liked: Good location for the city and train station
Disliked: The lifts were not very good and then they failed! As I was on the 8th floor it meant a long slow climb to my room. Then on leaving I had to carry my bags down the stairs - not a great experience!

Liked: Staff was helpful and cheer slways.
Disliked: The lift was not working. Imagine having to climb up and down stairs with luggage. I would have them a 100% score if not for the lift problem.

Liked: Close to my destination.
Disliked: Broken lifts, not fixed for long but no one mentioned it during the booking. Had to climb 7 levels several times a day.

Never Again

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the late check-outs were appreciated
Disliked: That the lift wasn't working and I had to carry my luggage up to the 9th floor and back down again, where I was met on the 2nd floor to assist with bags to the bottom. The toilet was blocked and the room and corridor smelt like urine.
