Liked: I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location close to Southern Cross Station and its proximity to docklands where three of my four meetings over three days were held. All of these were within Melbournes's Free tram zone which was a considerable advantage. The entrance and interior of the building reflect its purpose, to provide a comfortable room at a reasonable cost, The room was excellent and very well equipped with wifi, phone, tv and a refrigerator etc and while they do not have a restaurant there must be 30 places to eat close by.The room and bathroom was excellently maintained and very clean, the linen was of a high quality and had a place to work a round table, and two comfortable chairs to sit in. The bed and beddinge were also first rate. Altogether an excellent experience at an affordable place. My thanks to all of the staff who were friendly and helpful and my compliments to the management who provide a facility well above average experience at a well below average price. CGB
