Liked: Warm welcome, clean and accommodating. Enjoy a very filling breakfast with other guests around the “family dining table”. Have stayed here before multiple times.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm but everything else made up for that.

Lovely and warm place for...

Liked: Perfect location. Not by the main road, but close to the train station and the riverwalk. I took a walk around town and realized that it's not far (40 min walk) from the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel. I checked in and out by myself, and the instructions from the owner were very clear. I was there on Christmas Eve, and the house was warm (warmer than my own apartment, haha) and very Christmasy with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree in the living room. My room with a bathroom was very comfortable. I like the desk in the room so that I could use my laptop with good posture. It seemed that there were other guests in the house that night, but they were very quiet and I barely heard them. Street parking right outside the house.

Disliked: The host and staff was very friendly! The room was a little bit small but very clean. Location is great, close to casino.
